Sea Haven is a private waterfront villa on the eastern shore of the perfect sheltered horseshoe of Discovery Bay, famous for it’s crystal clear, vividly blue water.

Discover Our Rich History
Antiques include tortoise-back mahogany dining chairs Circa 1780 which came from Admiralty House in Port Royal and were used by Lords George Rodney and Horatio Nelson when they were ensigns. A rough-hewn 17th Century chair in the master bedroom belonged to the captain of a schooner that plied between the islands. A travelling book case comes apart to be transported by horses. A 19th Century lady’s writing desk adorns another bedroom. By the front door sits an ancient Taino grinding stone.

The villa contains four bedrooms with bathrooms en suite. There is a huge well equipped kitchen, a wet bar with an under-the-counter ice maker and free internet access through the property. There is also a sixty foot verandah that overlooks the sea.
We provide ocean kayaks, paddle boards , snorkeling gear for 6 people, life jackets, and a 12 foot floating platform offshore for sunbathing.

Regardless of the size of your party you will have the villa entirely to yourself as a private home.
The rate includes the villa, all staff, wifi, satellite dish, cable, snorkeling gear, kayaks, paddle boards, but does not include the cost of your transportation or food. We can roughly estimate these costs for you.
There are four staff at the villa, three full time and one part time. These include the house manager who is the chef, housekeeper, assistant housekeeper and the gardener who is part time. The full time staff will each have a day off while you are there. We are currently interviewing butlers and he will replace the assistant housekeeper.
We can. We use a local driver with an air conditioned minibus who can also be employed by you for the duration of your stay. We can also arrange a discount for a hire car with Island Car Rentals, the largest car rental company here.
We are a part of the Puerto Seco Beach Club with a wonderful sloping white sand beach, is right by the entrance to Fortlands Road, less than a half mile walk, and entry is free to all guests staying at Sea Haven.
